CHARACTERISTICS

·        The cottage is intended exclusively to rural tourism.

·        It has three floors, attic enabled as apartment with terrace and a cellar (this part of the house is from the 13th century).

·        In total offers a capacity maximum for 16 people with the possibility of being for a smaller group.

·        It can be booked from a night.

·        In summer time and holidays as Easter, Christmas, etc, it should be rented for a minimum of one week total.

·        It offers a capacity optimal for 14 people and a maximum of 16 people in total comfort.

On the first floor there is kitchen, a living room and a spacious dining room. It has a fireplace in the dining room and firewood for use is available.

SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR

• In the second and third floors are the rooms (one double and two single rooms per floor).
• Each single room is provided with two single beds and shower toilet itself and in the two floors there is a complete bathroom.

The attic and terrace are enabled as an apartment with kitchen, full bathroom and a usable space as a dining room, living room or bedroom with two sofa beds.

OTHER FACILITIES

• Hydro-massage in the bathroom on the first floor.
• In the second floor there is a room with washing machine, dryer clothes and the boiler heating.
• Terrace with magnificent views in the attic with space for cooking, eat and sleep where you can enjoy outdoor meals.
• Remarkable floor lower cellar with the restoration of an arc preserved Romanesque style of transition of century XIII.
• It has 4 BTT of free use.
• Stock of firewood for use of the guests, only you must replace if you use.

• The whole cottage is booked for a single group.
• The capacity is for 16 people.
• The stays will be a week minimum in periods of summer season and other holidays like Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc, always depending on the booking calendar.
• You can book the cottage for a night: please get in contact for a price consultation.
• Price approx: 1700 € - 1800 € per group and week.
• Price approx: 600 € per group and weekend.
• You can ask for smaller groups.
• It is essential consult us the calendar of availability, without any commitment, because we always offer the entire house to a single group.
